- Owner responsible for moving house off property.
TENDER REQUIREMENTS
Tenders must be submitted in writing and must be accompanied by a deposit of at least 20% (per cent) of the tender amount. The deposit shall be made by way of a certified cheque, bank draft or money order payable to the Rural Municipality of Lajord No. 128. The successful bidder(s) will have 30 days to provide the payment in-full to complete the purchase. The deposit will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not finalize the agreement for sale within 30 days.
