The RM of Edenwold has officially launched its Women in Government Program! This program aims to train, encourage, and support women to run for municipal council (with the end goal of 30% of all candidates for future municipal elections being women).

Before we start implementing any policies, I hope to collect some information from women in the area. We designed a short survey to ask women their opinions on council and other information related to municipal elections. With these survey responses, we plan on tailoring future program initiatives to make them successful and engaging. While the survey pertains to the RM of Edenwold, women from across the region (including from your municipality) are invited to participate. The survey should take about 8 minutes to complete. The survey closes on March 31^st.
