Intention of Council to pass a bylaw with respect to closing undeveloped roads in the Hamlet of Kronau 

Per Section 128(1) of The Municipalities Act, notice is hereby given that Council has the intention to consider closing a municipal street pursuant to Section 13 of The Municipalities Act, and the Hamlet of Kronau retaining the property.

Any person claiming to be affected prejudicially by the proposed bylaw or that person’s agent can be heard at the next Regular Council Meeting at 8:00am, Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at the RM Office located in Lajord, SK.
