Rural Municipality of Lajord No. 128

Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw Amendments

Pursuant to The Planning and Development Act, 2007, the Council of the Rural Municipality of Lajord No. 128 herby gives notice of its intention to adopt a new Official Community Plan, Bylaw # 2022-12 (OCP) and a new Zoning Bylaw, Bylaw # 2022-13 (ZB).

Any person may inspect the proposed bylaws at the Rural Municipality of Lajord No. 128 office during regular working hours or is available for review and download at www.rmlajord.ca.

Council will hold a public hearing to receive submissions on the proposed bylaws at 8:00am on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at the RM Office in Lajord, Saskatchewan, to hear any person or group who wishes to comment on the proposed bylaws.  Council will also consider written comments received at the hearing or delivered to the RM Office before the hearing.
