RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF LAJORD NO. 128

Intention of Council to pass a bylaw with respect to closing and leasing a portion of First Street East (Marked in Red on the Sketch)

Per Section 128(1) of The Municipalities Act, notice is hereby given that Council has the intention to consider closing and leasing a municipal street pursuant to Section 13 of The Municipalities Act.

Any person claiming to be affected prejudicially by the proposed bylaw or that person’s agent can be heard at the next Regular Council Meeting at 8:30am, Friday, September 10, 2021 at the RM Office located in Lajord, SK.
