NOTICE OF TENDER – HAMLET OF RICETON – LOTS FOR SALE

The Rural Municipality of Lajord No. 128 – Hamlet of Riceton is accepting tenders for the purchase of the following properties:

• Lot 6, Blk 9, Plan BC887
• Lot 7, Blk 9, Plan BC887

These lots are being offered as is.  Interested parties are invited to submit a written tender that includes:

• The offered purchase price for each lot (may be combined or separate)
• The purchaser’s name and contact information
• Any intended use or development plans.

Submission Details:

• Tenders can be submitted by email to cao@rmlajord.ca or can be dropped off in person at the RM Office.
• Deadline for Submissions:  March 16, 2026 by 4:00pm.

Conditions:

• The highest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
• Successful bidders will be notified.
• Payment terms and transfer conditions will be outlined upon acceptance.
