RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF LAJORD NO. 128

 

Intention of Council to pass a bylaw with respect to closing and leasing a portion of a back alley in the Hamlet of Riceton (Marked in GREEN on the sketch below)

 

Per Section 128(1) of The Municipalities Act, notice is hereby given that Council has the intention to consider closing and leasing a municipal street pursuant to Section 13 of The Municipalities Act.

 

Any person claiming to be affected prejudicially by the proposed bylaw or that person’s agent can be heard at the next Regular Council Meeting at 9:00am, Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at the RM Office located in Lajord, SK.
